What Doremi Road is

Doremi Road is a piano-learning game. You travel a road across the Realm of Harmony, a map of musical knowledge: each territory teaches one part of music, and every level you clear claims one of its provinces in your banner colour.

Play with a MIDI keyboard (Chrome or Edge), the computer keyboard, the mouse or a touch-screen piano on a tablet or phone. Levels mix lessons, notes, chords, Roman-numeral progressions, a falling-notes rush mode, ear training and theory quizzes.

Who it's for: Beginner and improving piano players, kids and adults

Questions

Do I need a real piano?

No. A MIDI keyboard works best (Web MIDI in Chrome or Edge), but you can also play with the computer keyboard, the mouse or the on-screen piano on a tablet or phone.

What will I learn?

Notes on the keys and the staff, intervals, chords and inversions, progressions from Roman numerals, rhythm and ear training.

How is a level scored?

Accuracy across the level: 60% clears it, 80% earns two stars and 95% earns three.
